Ken Riddick from Crappie Action Guide Service says they are really biting. The fish are being found in water about 25 feet deep and the fish are being caught at around 20 feet. The lure of choice are crappie jigs in white and chartreuse. This time of year warm weather can turn the crappie on in a hurry. So, the next time it's warm for a few days in a row, you better get out there.
