COYOTE HUNT
DATE ANNOUNCED
The annual Big Dog Predator Hunt based here in Henry County will be held
February 14. Hunt organizers announced the dates this week and
registration is now underway and limited to the first seventy-five teams.
The event continues to grow in popularity and changes for the upcoming
hunt will be increased paybacks. Bag limit will again be three coyotes per
team plus one fox or bobcat per team member. Entry fee is $100 per two-man
team.
First place payback has been bumped up to $2,000 for first place, $500 for
second and $300 for third. First place for the biggest coyote will be
$1,000, followed by $300 for second and $200 for third. The hunt will have
a $5,000 cash payback.
Registration can be done at The Tackle Box, 6160 Hwy 79, Paris. For

BIG DOG PREDATOR HUNT DEADLINE
The Big Dog Predator Hunt returns to Henry County on February 14 but those
interested in participating are reminded of the January 31 entry deadline.
Entry fee is $100 per team and check-in this year will be held at Holly
Fork Shooting Complex. Payback will be $2,000 for the winning team and
$1,000 for the biggest coyote. Paybacks will also be awarded in the amount
of $500 for second place; $300 for third place; and $200 for fourth place
in both categories.
Teams are allowed to bring in three coyotes, one fox and one bobcat. For
