the main banquet.

Speaking of turkeys, Quota Turkey Hunt applications for Land Between The
Lakes are now available. The application period runs through February
28. Hunters may apply online 24/7 at lblquotahunt.hometracker.com/ or by
phone Monday-Friday, 8 am-4 pm, at 270-924-2065. Application fees are $5
online and $7 by phone.
Three quota hunts in both the Kentucky and Tennessee portions of Land
Between The Lakes require
prior application. Hunting is not permitted between these dates
Tennessee Quota Hunts are as follows: April 11-12; Youth hunt (for
hunters 6-16 years old); adult hunts will be held April 14-15 and April
18-19.
To improve the quality of turkey quota hunts, LBL reduced the number of
quota permits for each hunt. Applicants can check the quota hunt
website, lblquotahunt.hometracker.com/, at the end of March to see if
you were drawn.
The non-quota hunting season, which does not require prior application,
runs for fourteen days. Two seven-day hunts occur in Tennessee April
20-26 and April 27-May 3. Hunters harvesting a turkey in either state on
a LBL quota hunt may now hunt the first week of the Tennessee non-quota
hunt.
A state license and LBL Hunter Use Permits are required. Hunter Use
Permits may be purchased online at www.landbetweenthelakes.us/reservations/.
